Start A Chapter
If you are a member and a Patriot; and would like to start a Chapter in your local community, please complete the following Chapter Application:
Before completing this form; a Chapter President and Chapter Manager need to be designated and already have completed the register form and Patriot form. Why so many forms? This helps us filter out spam and fake applicants.
THEN, the President and Manager need to determine the Chapter Name, Logo, Motto, and colors.
FINALLY, once member roles have been designated and information determined, this form needs to be completed. The Committee members will review the applications and respond to the email address provided.
